Alonzo Bonilla is a Production Manager. He is responsible for making sure the projects meet customer satisfaction and high levels of success.

He has utilized the communication and analytical skills gained through the experience to effectively determine the political dynamics and unique needs for each of our clients. His development background has enabled him to successfully communicate this specific knowledge to the programming team(s) tasked to achieve the product or project goals set forth.

Applying the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification knowledge has been instrumental in structuring a framework ensuring the company to manage multiple projects in parallel.

Daniela Calderón is a Solutions Architect. She is responsible for setting the technical direction of projects, the vision that underlies the solution and the execution of that vision.

Under Daniela’s leadership, some names that can be mentioned are WWE, Dell, Televisa, Move Networks, Microsoft, Cablevision, Logitech, Toyota, MySpace, Facebook, etc.

Main areas of experience have been requirement identification, technical audits, web multimedia including video players and interactive advertisement techniques, social media sites, SEO, ecommerce, ad serving, CMS and in general website architectures to provide the client optimal solutions based on their necessities.

Architectures have involved open-source as well as proprietary platforms including PHP, Flash, .NET, Silverlight and related web technologies.

Before, she worked at Microsoft Research in the Robotics SDK team as researcher and engineer. Areas of research were speech recognition and human computer interfaces.

She also worked as a researcher in the Korean Institute of Science and Technology in areas of Virtual Reality and Ubiquitous Computing. Here she wrote various technical papers related to context aware spaces and gave technology demos to research personnel from the industry as well to Korean Government.

Daniela holds a Computer Science degree from Costa Rica Institute of Technology and a Master in Science in Human Computer Interaction and Robotics from the University of Science and Technology in South Korea.

Francisco Martínez is a Solutions Architect. As a solution architect, he develops and executes the solution strategy and business plan to support the growth of the solution offering. As a subject matter expert, he helps identifying and translating system requirements into software architecture and design documentation.

He also has lead development teams as an Engineering Lead, being deeply involved in the development process and serving as a mentor and guide to more junior resources. He also has experience in project management as he normally gets involved in gathering requirements, keeping track of the project’s progress, task definition, estimation and resource assignment, always keeping high visibility of the project’s progress and scope.

Besides getting involved in technical aspects of the project, he also has experience providing consultancy to the clients, identifying their needs and proposing the best solution that satisfy their needs, scope and budget.

Francisco Martínez has been involved in designing and architecting enterprise-wide solutions that include: enterprise search platforms, content management systems, SEO, distributed systems, system oriented architectures, social networking, e-commerce, etc.

He worked as a researcher in wireless communications, information theory, coding algorithms and communication channels in Monterrey’s Institute of Technology and Higher Education. He also worked in projects that involved application development for mobile devices.

Francisco holds a Computer Science degree from the Costa Rica Institute of Technology and a Master of Science degree in Electronic Engineering – Major in Telecommunications from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education.  He also is a Microsoft certified Technology Specialist in SharePoint technologies.

His specialties are: solution architecture, project management, technical consultancy, enterprise search platforms, SEO, social networking, communication systems (channels, coding, security, etc), DSP, etc. And among his technical specialties we can mention: .Net framework, Silverlight, JavaScript, SQL Server, SharePoint, Web Services, WCF, jquery, AJAX, JSP, MySql, Linux, etc.
